She is also a Certified Adult, Youth, and Higher Education Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and a Certified QPR Trainer.

As a therapist, I strive to motivate, support and educate our clients to become more confident, happy and successful in their lives.
Working together, clients and I identify specific goals and develop a plan to realize these goals by challenging dysfunctional thoughts, changing inappropriate behaviors, and understanding emotions.
