Special concerns: pet loss, eco-anxiety/climate crisis distress, eating disorders (including DMT1-ED/diabulimia & vegan recovery}. I will work with you to build a collaborative, communicative relationship so you can better navigate challenges in your life. We will address your concerns through dialogue, reflection, and creative expression. All levels of arts experience are welcome, and treatment is individualized. Beginners are often surprised at the healing, energizing, and transformative benefits of using creative expression in therapy to explore emotionally difficult issues.
