Therapist Overview
Something in your life does not seem to be working. Maybe you are feeling unfulfilled, having trouble navigating a change or you have realized that you just aren’t happy. I know that we will be able to do the work, albeit hard work, to relieve your discomfort and bring you to a satisfying place in your life. You deserve the opportunity to be honest, heard and happy. I hold a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I am a licensed clinician. I am currently an adjunct professor in Fairfield University’s Marriage and Family Therapy program. Furthermore, I have clinical experience at an in-patient behavioral health hospital, and specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health. In addition to working with a wide range of situations including relational therapy, individual counseling and supporting young adults, I take great pride in working with new parents and postpartum Mothers.
