I utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques tailored specifically for my clients, while at a core I am a solution-focused therapist. Together we can keep you motivated in creating the life you desire. In July 2017 I studied with John & Julie Gottman, where I became level 1 Certified in Gottman Method couples counseling. I continue to take additional training to increase my competence as it relates to relationships, anxiety, and mindfulness.
