I provide a safe, warm, and judgement free environment to work through the barriers you face and provide you with steps to achieve more of what you want in life, to create a “life worth living.” I have over 30 years experience working in a variety of settings including Trauma and Eating Disorder Residential and Partial programs. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who struggle with the many things that get in the way of expressing their needs and wants. Incorporating a variety of individualized techniques including DBT, Art Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and ACT, I walk the journey with you to accomplish your goals.
