Being a human is hard work. Sometimes the hard work we do every day begins to feel like pushing a giant rock up a hill, only for it to fall back down and crush us. Sound familiar? We human beings are informed by our past, but our past does not have to dictate our future. Whether you feel that your body is not your own, that you keep your partner at an arm’s length because sex is scary or hurts, or have been alienated by your family or friends, let’s talk. I am constantly amazed at the resilience of the human spirit, despite all that we encounter throughout life. My hope is to provide you with support and a therapeutic relationship within our sessions that helps you better understand yourself and your relationships outside of therapy. Whether you are a new mom, in the early stages of transitioning or coming out, in the middle of a personal or family crisis, or simply someone who wants a place to talk and a person to listen, my virtual office door is always open.
