These are trying times and you or your child may benefit from therapy. I see children, adolescents, and young adults for psychotherapy. I also work with adults in therapy to support them in their parenting. I have a special interest in working with girls and young women (3-25 years-old) related to all mental health concerns (anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, grief/loss etc.) and building feelings of self-worth, identity, confidence, purpose, and energy in their lives. Children experience a range of mental health challenges (listed to the right) that are treatable and can get back on their own developmental trajectories and thrive. I bring joy, laughter, and play into the therapy room. I help children and parents develop: insight into their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships; healthy coping strategies; therapeutic goals; name supports and obstacles in front of them and take steps to more healthy functioning. I join with parents/caregivers in this process. I bring over 20 years of experience and have worked with hundreds of children. I love my job and feel so honored to help families overcome challenges. I individualize treatment for each child’s specific needs so they can freely express themselves, practice skills, and work through struggles.
