Life is demanding. Everyone experiences times in life when they feel overwhelmed, hurt, or unsure. Major events and everyday stressors can affect every aspect of our being leading to a state of dis-ease. Relationships are challenging. When couples feel distant and/or are fighting, communication and connection can seem impossible. Having someone to listen, understand, and support you without judgement can be the beginning of your journey toward well-being. My goal as your therapist is to get to know you (or you and your partner), build trust, provide empathy in a safe space, and help to empower you to achieve your goals. I have successfully partnered with individuals (age 18+) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. I have also successfully partnered with couples to enhance communication and deepen connection. From a Client-Centered approach, I use a variety of methods to meet your unique needs and goals. In addition to my clinical experience, I have been trained in pastoral counseling.
