Therapist Overview

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with experience treating various behavioral health challenges. I have worked extensively with trauma survivors and clients managing substance use disorders (SUDs). As many individuals with SUDs also struggle with co-occurring diagnoses, I have become knowledgeable in treating complex symptoms using various approaches. I view feedback-informed therapy as vital for success, and I value the role of psycho-education in the therapeutic setting. Using a compassionate, judgement-free style, I seek to meet my clients where they are. I have found that introducing mindfulness and affect regulation skills helps struggling clients to rapidly experience a sense of relief. Some of the therapeutic modalities that I work with are informed by CBT/Rational Living Therapy, DBT, EMDR, and IFS. My philosophy is built on the belief that all people deserve to be treated with dignity. Because I understand how difficult it can be to access quality, affordable care, my goal is to provide excellent services at a manageable cost. I look forward to collaborating in your pursuit of building a life with reduced suffering and increased joy.
