I have experience working with young adults, adults and teens with trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders . I am experienced in working with the LGBTQ+ community exploring sexuality and gender identity struggles. My certified therapy dog, Molly, also joins in some sessions as I believe animals positively impact our mental health. I utilize cognitive processing therapy for PTSD, mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and many other techniques in my approach.
