Therapist Overview

Hey, I’m Kevin. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I strive to make counseling a place that you enjoy coming to. My counseling style is all about forming a close, trusting connection with every client I work with. My top priority at the end of the day is to make you feel comfortable to be your authentic self without feeling shame or a desire to hide your true self from the world. I specialize in working with young adults and adolescents (15-35). I have extensive experience working with this population at Clemson University’s Counseling Center and at a private practice in the Charlotte area. My therapeutic approach is grounded in CBT, Person-Centered, and Reality theories. I work well with clients who are unsure about starting therapy. I view you as a person first and a client second. Let’s first establish a relationship where we enjoy each other’s company and then we can dive into all those fancy therapeutic techniques. The mental health concerns I work
