Therapist Overview
Are you considering therapy because you’ve felt anxious, sad, or stuck for years and finally decided it was time for change? Would you or your child benefit from building skills to cope with anxiety or depression? Whatever the reason, if you’re interested in exploring strategies to better navigate life’s changing terrain, and you’re looking for a safe, nonjudgmental space, I’m here to help. I offer play therapy and am trained to work with trauma, depression, and anxiety in children and teens. I take a collaborative approach designed to help nurture attachment between children and their parents. Prior to becoming a therapist I earned my MDiv from Princeton Theological Seminary; I’m happy to incorporate spiritual issues if requested. I believe that no matter our age or life experience, we’re never done growing. Seeing people conquer situations they thought were hopeless is one of my greatest joys. I’ll meet you where you are with unconditional acceptance and help you make the change in life you’re after.
