I am excited to announce that our offices have just moved from Northwest Austin to Pflugerville. I am a trauma and attachment therapist. I am currently utilizing telehealth and in-office visits. Please ask about COVID new safety rule. I specialize in post-adopt family work, but also enjoy working with individual children, teens, adults and therapists. I have 26 years of experience in community mental health and with a Foster Care Agency .I believe that all family members deserve to feel safe, trusted, loved and understood. My passion is helping traumatized, abused and neglected ones heal and thrive. I am trained in EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, play therapy, expressive arts and family systems. Although my focus is on helping traumatized, abused and neglected ones heal, I also assist with, anxiety, depression, mood swings, grief and loss, self-care, communication issues, problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution. I hope to offer groups soon. I was a therapeutic foster mother for 8 yea
