I offer online/phone sessions. Life can be joyful or sometimes very difficult. I find it a privilege to be invited into another’s life to assist them with difficult situations. I believe that we all have the capacity to look into ourselves and our lives, determine where we need to make changes, and then implement action to become the best we can be. I have spent my career in the helping fields offering compassion, gaining understanding, and helping to direct others to a place of safety. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you, no matter what your concerns. As a former law enforcement officer I have been in the midst of some of the most traumatic and emotionally challenging issues that can occur. I will be with you where your journey takes you, helping you to process and move forward. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents, with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, crisis, grief, and adjustment to life situations. I employ a variety of interventions depending upon what a client’s needs are, and have training in EMDR which is often useful to address trauma.
