Therapist Overview

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families. I know firsthand the power of a safe and secure space that allows for exploration and examination. Seeking help is an act of both courage and vulnerability, and I meet these strengths with compassion, warmth, and understanding. Together, I work with clients to co-create an experience that facilitates honest reflection and a movement toward the change they seek. In addition to talk therapy, I also utilize EMDR therapy. It is my privilege to accompany and support clients on this powerful journey of self-discovery. I am a graduate of the Family Institute at Northwestern University where I completed my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Upon graduating, I completed a two year fellowship at the Family Institute, which provided additional training and clinical experience. I then joined their staff practice before beginning my own.
