In my practice, my goal is to create that space for you, to hold that space for you in each session so that you can bring all that has been weighing you down and together we can lift the burden. I am more than happy to help you find that space in person with proper health precautions or over video therapy if that is more comfortable for you with COVID or other health concerns. Often, when we are in our hardest times, it is easy to imagine that we can’t be understood, cared for, or helped. Shame, fear, and anxiety can create barriers to seeking help at all.
