My goal as a therapist is to genuinely connect with and support clients in their journey. I feel privileged when given the opportunity to walk with others on their path towards healing and knowing themselves. I strive to make sure my clients feel seen and heard as their true selves, experience warmth and security in the counseling room, and know that I unconditionally accept them. I believe therapy should be a true partnership between myself and my client; we are a team working toward your desired healing, growth, and change. I am committed to providing a safe and inviting atmosphere for all people, identities, and needs. I often work from a relational lens as I believe that our past and current interpersonal experiences have a significant influence in shaping how we see ourselves and the world, and are often at the root of a lot of our pain and distress. I believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy and enjoy being flexible and adaptable in my work. I hope to empower my clients by co-creating a therapeutic path that feels most meaningful for them. I feel especially capable to work with trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, perfectionism, and disordered eating and body image concerns.
