Through therapy, we can learn to reconnect to the parts of ourselves we have neglected. I aim to provide a warm and non-judgmental space that allows for growth as well as relief from the burdens you are carrying each day. I am a licensed clinical social worker, specializing in trauma-focused therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescence and adults providing individual, group, and family therapy. I am a fully EMDRIA accredited trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. I am located at Branches of Growth, LLC in North Syracuse.
