Therapist Overview

We are meant to be whole and well, with the ability to recover and heal. I help women and men with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I listen, then share information and tools that will help with their specific needs. My clients suffering with anxiety will be taught skills to become more grounded and self assured.
