Many people feel bound by the events in their lives that have affected their relationships and continue to follow them on a daily basis. There is hope and healing offered in a healthy therapeutic relationship. I have spent 30 yrs with hurt youth in my home, and now offer my experience and training to all those who feel the effects of depression and anxiety due painful histories. I believe we can do this together! I have focused my field of study on working with youth and adults who have had their lives disrupted by other’s choices. My specialty has been with attachment and trauma with foster and adoptive children, but have obtained my degree to offer healing to all those with abuse histories. I offer empathy, experience, training in trauma and anxiety, and EMDR. I invite you to come for the potential, the offering of hope for change and peace. I encourage my clients to recognize their value and heal over those events in their past that continue to influence their beliefs of themselves today. We all have a story, sometimes we must find our way to truth that lies in the memories and leads to peace and self worth.
