Welcome! As a therapist it is my goal to support individuals as they strive to achieve a better quality of life. I provide a safe and secure environment where you can work on your personal goals without judgment. My experience includes treatment for a wide range of concerns including chronic depression, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, relationship issues and life transitions. My passion is working with individuals who have experienced trauma. Trauma often leads to a sence of helplessness, isolation and the loss of power and control. My focus will be to assist you in your journey to bring recovery and empowerment. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults, older adolescents and couples. I use several evidence-based approaches including client centered therapy, cognitive-behavior therapy, strengths-based therapy and reality therapy. I received my education from Valley Forge College where I received a BA in Counseling. I continued my education at Medaille College located in Buffalo, NY where I received an MA in Mental Health Counseling.
