Maybe you’re struggling with the loss of a loved one, emotional eating or your ability to handle stress. As a therapist my goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment that offers you the opportunity to talk openly with someone who is objective, neutral and non-judgmental. Together we will work to clarify the issues you are facing, move through the emotions, put them in perspective and develop new skills and behaviors leading to positive thoughts, energy and actions. In my work with clients, I incorporate traditional talk therapy along with practices such as CBT, DBT and mindfulness. I also offer other mind-body approaches such as Reiki, Sound Healing, Yoga Therapy and Essential Oils. These additional therapies can help to enhance balance to one’s physical and emotional states. Using an eclectic approach, I will help you develop a non-judgemental acceptance of a situation and of yourself, enabling you to handle life stressors and intense feelings in a healthier manner.
