In my own life I have leaned that while asking for help is often hard, is it necessary. I see myself as a giving professional, here to help others clarify and seek solutions and coping mechanisms for their pain and struggle. I have had 20+ years of experience in issues such as addiction, codependence, anxiety, depression, parenting, and relationship issues. While I am happy to see teenagers and young adults, I do so only if they are personally and not parentally motivated to be in therapy. I learn much from my clients and seek to be a friendly and supportive professional and personal presence to my clients.
