You are not broken, so there is nothing to “fix.” We just need to help you with some readjustments. It never ceases to amaze me the complete turn around clients can do with the tools they already have, they just needed to reorganize or sharpen a few things. I am excited to offer you a space to heal, learn and feel you are not alone. My clients want to learn how to love themselves and their life. More specifically, I have helped client’s get a new job they love or start school, gain independence, feel at peace, decrease guilt and panic, feel comfortable in their own skin, and significantly improve relationships with self and others. Most clients come to see me because they feel anxious, depressed or are unsure of what they want in life. I find that after just a few sessions we find some underlying cause, often times poor relational boundaries, low self esteem, grieving a loss, trauma, or living outside of the client’s genuine values. We will work together to create a toolbox of healthy emotional outlets and much more effective ways of managing those initial concerns. I help clients find these strengths by offering them a nonjudgmental space to gain insight about themselves. I couple this with compassion and a healing process along with an eclectic mix of CBT, ACT, trauma care and art.
