As your therapist, my primary goal is to create a safe and supportive space to discuss whatever is happening in your life. Therapy can go beyond struggles and be a place to discuss opportunities. I enjoy learning about the strengths of my clients and sharing in their successes. I strive to ensure that regardless of what you are bringing in to therapy, you always feel supported and confident in my multiculturally-competent and compassionate hands. I utilize an integrated theoretical approach engaging primarily in person-centered practice. I focus on relationship building and allow my clients to take the lead in determining our goals. Once we establish what it is that you hope to get out our of therapeutic experience together, I will pull tools from other evidence-based theories when appropriate. Progress is a team effort. I will meet you where you are and we will walk together. Life may feel lonely, but we are not alone.
