Therapist Overview
In my work with you I will offer a safe, nonjudgmental space as we explore and identify what you would like to work towards. I enjoy working with individual adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, lack of fulfillment in life, and difficulty with transitions or making important decisions. I believe people can make positive changes in their life. Through developing a safe, trusting, therapeutic relationship we will work together to help you feel more confident, break unhealthy patterns, develop new skills, and heal from past trauma. For over 15 years I have enjoyed working with adolescents, individuals, and children and families. I am trauma informed and grounded in attachment theory. I strongly believe that positive change emerges through a therapeutic alliance built over time. New insights and solutions will emerge within the context of our therapeutic work together. I utilize an array of tools including mindfulness, goal-orientated solutions, and I take a person centered approach to empower those I work with. I offer Circle of Security Parenting as well as other modalities. I look forward to working with you and hope to help you achieve your goals.
