Therapist Overview
My clients often seem put together and accomplished on the outside. If you are like them, you have a very loud voice in your head saying you aren’t good enough. Your looks, your resume, your ability to be a good friend…nothing is good enough. All of those Instagram follows about self care have not been a magical fix. You wonder if it is possible to stop beating yourself up. Even hard workers like you want to relax sometimes. You want to stop trying to hide the fact that you feel like a failure. You want to stop trying to balance an overly full plate. You want to stop asking yourself every day: “Why am I such a mess?”. You actually CAN feel good. Every day. You can enjoy your friends, your classes, your job, and your life. You can let yourself have fun (without guilt!). Imagine yourself ending the day satisfied and excited about tomorrow. People enjoy having you around and better yet, you enjoy your own company too. You accept yourself and you are happy. I love helping college student
