Therapist Overview

I have a Masters in Clinical Counseling form New Mexico Highlands University. I have been working with children, teens, families and adults for several years. As a former professional dancer, I am particularly attuned to how we listen to our bodies and process stressful experiences. I use a mind & body approach to help clients work through issues such as trauma, grief and loss, anger, anxiety, depression and major life transitions. I am particularly interested in attachment theory and intimacy challenges. I am well grounded in psychodynamic theory, CBT, somatic and transpersonal psychology. My approach is eclectic and flexible. I can support and guide you while you navigate life’s challenges. I honor your personal experiences and look forward to supporting your emotional growth and healing.
