Therapist Overview

I am a Linehan Board Certified Clinician in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). DBT emphasizes individual psychotherapy and skills training to help people learn and use new skills and strategies to develop a life that they experience as worth living. My priority is in providing the utmost quality of care by closely following evidence-based practices and working collaboratively towards meaningful goals. I treat a variety of clients across a range of severity and complexity from borderline personality disorder and eating disorders; to life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, mood/anxiety disorders, and trauma. I also specialize in the treatment of eating disorders in adult and adolescent populations drawing from experience working in acute levels of care. I utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of adolescent eating disorders with Family Based/Maudsley Treatment (FBT) and DBT/CBT interventions with adults.
