This is a time when connection, though made much more difficult, is even more important. Together, we will work on changing the narrative, coping with the intense pressure and stress you are facing, focusing on your strengths, and allowing space to connect to compassion for yourself. I work with people who struggle with mental health and addiction, relationship issues, self-esteem, isolation and loneliness, and a myriad of other issues that are impeding them from connecting to authentic happiness. I work from a feminist, relational, and culturally responsive perspective and believe that courage and vulnerability are connected. Together, we will work on cultivating an atmosphere of safety and respect as we look at what is driving disconnection or connection in your life and building onto the strengths that you don’t realize you already have. I am highly empathic and in tune with the emotions of others. I work from an integrative approach and together we will create a space for you to nurture your own health and healing.
