I particularly enjoy working with depression and anxiety, religion and spirituality, and relationship concerns. I look forward to meeting and working with you. Anxiety and depression are a part of life for many. However, they serve a valuable purpose. Getting in touch with these feelings and the source of them can help us to see where changes need to be made in our lives to ultimately become our ideal selves. I am a member of the LDS faith and have particular insight and interest in serving this population and helping individuals through whatever faith journey they may be in.
