Is everything “too much” and “not enough” and “literally you can’t even” and “you don’t know” and “maybe you should talk to someone”, but also “you feel like you should be able to handle it on your own so forget it”? Okay, well, first, just because you CAN handle it on your own, doesn’t mean you have to. That’s where I come in. I believe that you can handle it too. And sometimes, when it feels like life has been doing it’s damnedest to take you out, you need someone in your corner to remind you what tools are available, which muscles need to be strengthened, or that it’s okay to just take a nap and try again tomorrow. I draw from several therapeutic techniques to best suit my clients’ unique needs. (My personal favorites are gestalt, narrative, psychodrama, existential and Jungian theories.
