Therapist Overview

Warmth, acceptance, and care. That’s how I approach every person that seeks to find peace while navigating life’s challenges. While I have had the privilege of working with and learning from diverse populations for 10+ years, my practice focuses on women who feel overwhelmed, are in a rut, and need support in exploring their purpose. I understand that the unique challenges women face impacts our ability to be authentic with ourselves and others, and can also prevent us from having the lives we want. My intention is to create a safe and compassionate space for women to feel seen, so they can truly see themselves. Establishing a therapeutic alliance is incredibly important. To build that alliance, I use a psychodynamic, strengths-based, and person-centered approach to assist women who want to explore personal challenges, build upon their inherent power, and overcome barriers to change. Together, we will discover how your thoughts, feelings, and experiences create meaning in your life so that you can begin to change your circumstances for the better. Contact me to discover if I could be a good fit for you.
