You do not need to be on this journey alone. As a therapist, my goal is to understand your goals as deeply as possible. This will mean changing the way you think, feel, and act on a daily basis. Over time you’ll develop useful strategies to modify your thoughts and behaviors. We will know our work is done when you are thriving in the life that you envision. You will take our work with you after we end and reap the benefits throughout your life. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with my couples. I offer EMDR, Art Therapy, and Walk and Talk Therapy. I run a process group for Moms and an Artist Way Workshop for those who desire to overcome blocks and recover creativity in their lives. I tailor the tools I use to fit you and your needs. I truly love the therapeutic relationship and genuinely care about the people with whom I work. My style is warm and open, and my focus is on creating safety, awareness, and growth in the therapeutic environment. That said, I know a good laugh can do wonders during difficult times.
