I’m a psychotherapist with twelve years of experience helping people find meaning, healing, and growth through their struggles. While I believe each person’s trials and issues are unique, I’ve come to specialize in helping my clients navigate grief and loss, chronic pain and illness, depression and mood problems, anxiety and fear, turbulent life transitions, and issues around self-esteem and identity. I have had a lot of success helping clients for whom past therapies have been minimally effective. I approach therapy from a meaning-making and solution-focused perspective. I use evolutionary astrology to bring in a cosmic perspective, and find the greater, archetypal roots of your journey. We look at how you can change your situation and how your situation is seeking to change you. I use art, dreamwork, meditation, and writing as part of the process.
