I help people who feel isolated, worried, lonely, sad, not good enough, or confused about what to do next. My clients are individuals who struggle with shame, low-self worth, depression, relationships, family issues, grief, anxiety, and many other life challenges. I strongly believe in the healing power of relationship and with the right client-counselor fit, the counseling relationship is one of the greatest resources we can use to heal and grow. I aim to provide the support, encouragement and tools to help you uncover your strengths, develop skills and gain self-understanding to better consider possibilities, make changes and find solutions for your concerns.
