Along the journey, we will discover ways to cope, while building up your self confidence and helping you to love yourself as you are. Therapy is a collaborative process, rooted in a strong and trusting relationship between me and you. Together, we will identify your concerns, develop goals, and celebrate your strengths and accomplishments.
