I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that any and everyone can benefit from therapy. I believe that reaching out for help is a sign of great strength. I create a safe space in which clients feel comfortable opening up by being authentic, humorous, and also direct. I challenge clients by asking the tough questions while still being compassionate to their needs. Therapy is a collaborative effort in which I provide support to help clients tackle life’s obstacles. I view problems in a systemic manner and view the core of most issues as relational. I have experience working with families, couples, and individuals.
