Therapist Overview

My goal as a therapist is to offer a thoughtful, safe space to help you both heal from the past and grow for the future. Throughout our lives we manage the stress of the current moment and the weight of our past experiences. Both of which can lead us to coping strategies that are unhealthy and self-destructive. I view therapy as a collaborative journey to help you be who you want to be and get what you want from life. We will build on the strengths that you already have, while developing new strategies to help you move forward. Through a structured, supportive space you can find new ways of being in the moment and being yourself. I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in treating trauma, substance use and behavioral addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and concerns related to identity. I work with adults, young adults, and couples. I believe no single therapeutic approach works for everyone. I offer a range of therapeutic strategies to support you in your healing and growth. We will collaborate on an individualized approach that is tailored to your needs and goals. Through our work together we will identify how you can be your best self in the present moment and the future.
