Life is beautiful; but it can take some unexpected turns. Whether you address the obstacles when it’s presented or avoid it by suppressing it, conflict is normal for everyone to experience. We experience internal conflict within ourselves and external conflict from our environment. By processing conflicting feelings within and adapting to constant change in our environment, we develop new ways to connect to our inner self and our loved ones while building on our new asylum. It’s important to receive support in a healing, restorative environment. Allow me to assist you (and partner) in becoming connected with your inner self again. I find it important to regain our resilience to progress toward a new well being. Accepting things we cannot change or have control over, decreases resistance and stress in everyday life. I’m familiar with EMDR therapy as well as CBT and Strength Based focus approaches. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the field working with a variety of populations;
