Clients should have experienced single incident or repetive trauma that have been resistent to traditional talk therapy. Exploring the Trauma Narrative. Cognitive Restructuring. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Treatment can be specifically tailored to the needs of the individual. Possible options of treatment include multiple hour sessions, and/or multiple clinicians present during the treatment process. Support system inclusive. We understand the complexity of traumatic experiences and the frustration that comes from not feeling better using traditional talk therapy. Knowing that your goal is to feel better our short term model is ideal for understanding your trauma and identifying the message you got from it.
