Therapist Overview

Are you feeling hopeless today? Do the stress and anxieties of life feel overwhelming? Is a life trauma or past hurt holding you back from living free? Hope is the power that rallies the survivor to face and overcome all of life’s challenges. It is a confident belief that things can and will get better. I am energetic, motivating and I take a truly positive approach toward life. I instill hope by encouraging every client I work with to strive toward developing their unique goals and helping them cultivate tools to achieve them and fulfill of their potential. I specialize in the area of play therapy with children and adolescents experiencing trauma, abuse, as well as attachment and bonding difficulties. In addition, I work with adults who are suffering from depression and anxiety. In late fall of 2014, I plan to add animal assisted play therapy when working with children, adolescents, and adults.
