Therapist Overview

Sometimes life can feel like road construction – traffic, roadblocks & detours. And feeling lost in all of life’s twists, turns & dead ends can be draining. My work begins by joining in the passenger seat & figuring out together how to navigate thru the construction of life. I realize it can feel daunting to begin therapy. My approach is to be curious, collaborative & encouraging to ensure you feel heard, accepted & supported. If seeking contentment & peace in the midst of road construction, let’s work together to begin a more fulfilling route. Navigating through life’s roadblocks & detours can be difficult & the route is unique to each individual. I draw from various therapy techniques to work with you on gaining insight & promoting self-empowerment for navigating through these obstacles. I incorporate tools from CBT, ACT, interpersonal & emotion-focused therapy. As a doctoral level student, I work under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist. I have a Master’s degree in Counselin
