Therapist Overview

Hello, I’m Heather. I like to focus with people of a variety of backgrounds whom have different needs. I often work with individuals, couples and families with complex concerns ranging from learning about yourself to addressing the challenges that hinder you from being able to live the life you desire. Trauma and attachment are common concerns that I see that impact many areas of life. Sometimes the hurts are recent; sometimes they happened long ago; sometimes they are still happening. I am committed to helping people to find and/or build their own strengths through a collaborative, relational approach. No person needs to go through things alone or get stuck in the hurts. We’ll explore the relationships in your life that support or create challenges in your life. Building a trusting and safe therapeutic space to feel able to be vulnerable and authentic in your experiences without shaming or judgement. I am passionate about supporting you on your journey through life and the challenges
