Therapist Overview
My passion in this life is to provide clients not only with helpful tools and techniques in order to manage stress, anxiety, fear, and depression, but too equip clients by digging deeper and working through the deep and difficult pain they carry daily, whether it be through a trauma, sexual orientation, bullying, low self-esteem, addiction, anger, failing marriages, coping with major life changes, everything in between and of all ages. Often our actions are driven by our deepest fears, insecurities, and rejections. You can live in freedom and rise through the darkest places of your pain. There is hope for you. In practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. The goal is to help an individual replace irrational thoughts with rational thoughts, therefore, helping the client to function healthier cognitively, emotionally, and behaviorally, In addition, I use Person-centered therapy focusing on drawing out strengths and positives of an individual. I believe everyone is uniquely different and each person that has breath has a purpose in this life. My passion and privilege are to help you without judgment but with compassion exist in reaching your fullest potential by walking with you through your journey.
