By empowering individuals, couples and families, to define their own successes through working with horses, Healing Hoof Steps continues to improve the mental, emotional, behavioral, social and physical well-being of the NWF Community. Equine assisted therapy and learning is used around the world to assist those who are not getting the results they are looking for in traditional talk therapy sessions. All of our sessions use licensed mental health counselors and the horses through ground-only experiential learning activities. There is no riding or horsemanship skills needed to benefit. If you or a loved one are feeling stuck and traditional talk therapy isn’t working, equine assisted therapy may be an option to consider. Our only requirements are closed-toed shoes and an open mind.
