Therapist Overview
Is something getting in your way of living the life you want and deserve? Anxiety, trauma, depression, and life’s obstacles can feel like impossible hurdles to tackle on your own. That’s where I come in. I believe that healing occurs through our relationships with others. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. I promise to sit across from you as a genuine, honest, human being. I won’t just listen, but actively help you understand and change what you’re struggling with. Together we will develop a plan that utilizes your unique strengths to address what’s holding you back, and help you attain the happiness you deserve. I received a Masters in Social Work from Widener University, and a certificate in Social Work and Trauma practice. Additionally, I attended a post-graduate program in psychodynamic therapy at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia. I look forward to helping you affect positive change in your life.
