My speciality areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflict. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I combine evidence based treatment practices to help you find relief from anxiety, stress, and depression within a few sessions. I believe obstacles are opportunities for us to grow and develop.
