Due to COVID I am using telehealth for all sessions until further notice. I work with adolescents, young adults, as well as adults, and feel it is an honor to be alongside my clients through their various processes. I have specific training (and love) working with adolescents, college students, and adults. Depending on each person’s needs I use a combination of skills from: Attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, & Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I have undergone specific training and supervision for eating disorder therapy, as well as trauma & PTSD.
