Wherever you are, I will meet you there and help you to identify negative patterns or challenges, as well as strategies to learn and grow. I work with clients to help them rediscover their strengths and what they want their life to look like. I challenge clients in an emotionally safe environment to make changes that enable them to have more power and control over their lives. I work with Couples, Individuals and Teens. I have worked as a mental health therapist in both agency and high school settings providing individual counseling to teens and their families, and teaching anger management classes. I am trained in a systems approach that encourages bringing in family members with which clients share significant relationships to better initiate change in their familial environments.
